
Since 1999 Atwater’s has been committed to making traditional, handcrafted foods. In 2017 we took that commitment one step further with our homemade cheese. Each batch of cheese is made at our Big Kitchen in Baltimore using Ayrshire Cow’s Milk from Palmyra Farm in Hagerstown, Maryland.

AYRSHIRE FETA
Our cow's milk feta is made from 100% Ayrshire milk from Palmyra Farm in Hagerstown MD. We bring it back to our shop in Baltimore, carefully pasteurizing and culturing the milk, to create a lightly salted, slightly tangy feta. Crumble on a salad or eat with some local figs.
