We make all of our ice cream the traditional way in our
Baltimore creamery. Batches are made in small quantities and gently cooked to ensure the highest quality.
In keeping with our mission we source our ingredients from local farms. Our eggs come from Springfield Farms located in Sparks, Maryland and our milk and cream comes from Trickling Springs Farm in Chambersburg, PA.
Any added cookies, brownies, or caramel are also homemade at our Big Kitchen steps away from our creamery room. Any fruit additions are harvested from farmers' markets.
No matter how you scoop it, whether you choose our honey
vanilla or salted caramel swirl, it's always made from scratch.
