The Big Kitchen
The Big Kitchen is a dream that grew from the need to supply the growing number of retail Atwater’s locations. After a period of temporary locations, our soup, bread, and pastry production have finally found a home in this 20,000 square foot temple to healthy, delicious food.
The Big Kitchen not only gives us the space to make the products, but allows our crews of talented bakers and chefs to explore new recipes and foods. Jam, Scottish pies, and pickles are just a few of the departments that have been expanded at the Big Kitchen. Behind each product we make no matter how small, there is a Big Kitchen.
