Keswick Creamery Inaugural Blue

We are excited to offer Keswick's first blue cheese, Blue Mountian Cheese! Made nearby in Newburg Pennsylvania, this local blue is made from Jersey cow milk.  Ned Atwater describes it as a "delicate and dry blue." Try it with walnuts, cranberries and orange blossom honey.

Carr Valley

We love Carr Valley's Cheddars, made in LaSalle Wisconsin in small batches, you can taste their passion for cheese. They age their cheddars in caves for 3, 4, 5 and 6 years. The flavors that develop are more than you would expect from a cheddar.  Ask to sample from the different years and see if you can taste the difference.
